An alterations and additions to a well preserved 1950’s Californian Bungalow duplex. Located on a small site in the Willoughby Heritage Conservation Area, this duplex was made bigger with an improvement to its layout and function that would suit the clients modern lifestyle while preserving the existing heritage character.
